We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to play a key leadership role within our People Team. Reporting to the HR Lead you'll provide expert HR, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice while leading the day-to-day operations of our HR Advisory function. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful people outcomes, develop team capability and contribute to workforce initiatives that support the future of Avivo.
What you'll be doing:
As a trusted partner to leaders across Avivo, you'll provide practical, commercially balanced advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policy. You'll also:
- Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations and performance processes.
- Coach and develop HR Advisors.
- Support workforce planning, organizational change and strategic people initiatives.
- Provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and services.
About you
You'll be an experienced HR professional with:
- Strong HR generalist, employee relations and industrial relations experience.
- Experience managing complex people matters and workplace investigations.
- People leadership and proven ability to coach and develop others.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Solid stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, ER or a related discipline
