A vacancy exists for two experienced Scheduling/Rostering Coordinator to join our Head Office based in Southport. The position is full time, and will work a rotating roster. We need rostering coverage Monday - Sunday, 6.00am to 8.00pm.
This position is a busy role, ensuring that the Master Roster is accurate and published in advance as well as covering short notice cancellations, one off services, emergency services, whilst providing exceptional customer service to both our clients and our employees.
Here at CCHC, we roster a little differently! We are all about client centred care, so we establish a team around a client and use those selected team members to fill shifts for that client!
Our ideal new hire will have:
- The ability to get in and get shifts rostered! You will be able to build rapport with our staff whilst understanding the needs of our clients.
- A positive, respectful and solution focused attitude especially when managing competing priorities.
- Solid experience in scheduling client services
- As you will work across all days of the week, penalty rates will be payable when you work Saturdays and Sundays!
- Roster will be known in advance.
- Be computer and IT savvy. You will be able to pick up systems quickly and have experience in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to show initiative, enjoy working independently and in a team environment. You will have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Well developed strong problem-solving skills with lateral thinking.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS and Nurses Awards would be advantageous
- You will have an NDIS (yellow & blue) card combined, or willingness to obtain
- Unrestricted drivers licence and the ability to drive company vehicles as at times you will be out and about!
- Support our Case Managers with maintaining continuity of care for our clients through the rosters and consistent staffing.
- And you will need to love dogs as we have an office pooch that makes us all happy during the day!
