iCan Support Solutions is a growing NDIS provider building out a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) department. We're expanding our clinical team and looking for a Core-level practitioner ready to develop their skills within a supportive, mentored workplace.

About the role

This is a genuine growth opportunity. As a Core-level practitioner, you'll work under regular clinical supervision from our senior practitioner, with a clear pathway to build your caseload, confidence, and clinical skills as you progress toward Proficient level. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who are invested in helping you grow into the role.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behaviour support assessments

- Develop interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans

- Deliver face-to-face sessions with NDIS participants across Melbourne, with clients assigned near your location where possible

- Deliver training and coaching to support workers and families

- Collaborate with participants, families, and support networks to implement and review plans

- Maintain accurate,



NDIS compliant clinical documentation

- Attend regular clinical supervision and team case discussions

About you

- Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission

- Experience or strong interest in working in the disability services sector

- Excellent assessment, report writing and communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to the wider team

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current Australian working rights

- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence for client travel
