We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to join our growing team located in Welshpool!
You'll be at the heart of our operations, recruiting and mobilising skilled workers for exciting shutdowns and adhoc roles across WA. From sourcing top talent and coordinating onboarding to ensuring employees are site-ready and compliant, you'll play a critical role in delivering workforce solutions for some of our major mining partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team where you'll gain valuable exposure to a diverse range of clients, sites, while building strong industry knowledge and helping connect skilled candidates across the Mining & Resources sector.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Role Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation for shutdowns, projects, and ad hoc workforce requirements across WA.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including medicals, Drug & Alcohol testing, and compliance requirements.
- Verify licences, tickets, qualifications, and site-specific documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, mobilisation trackers, and talent pools.
- Deliver a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and general recruitment administration.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Recruitment & Mobilisation, ideally within Mining, Resources, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with MyPass, INX, PageUp and/or FastTrack systems is highly regarded.
