About the Role
Support the administration and improvement of Building & Property Services systems and processes, including work management, maintenance and customer request systems. The role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate records and registers. This includes:
- Oversee work management processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain the Inspection Testing and Monitoring register for Building and Property Services
Assist the Business & Compliance Coordinator with ad hoc data collection and interpretation. Provide support to the team in regard to work request activities

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- TAFE Certificate IV in Business (or other qualification and/or experience deemed to be equivalent).
- Demonstrated high level of competency in the use of MS Office programs (Access, Excel)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
- Demonstrated excellence in business administration supporting systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain data at a high standard within an information management system
- Class C Driver's Licence
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player with strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. Experience with business systems and a continuous improvement mindset will be highly regarded.
