We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide transformation program. While the project is centered on an ERP implementation, this opportunity is equally suited to a senior project manager with a proven track record delivering complex IT, technology, systems, or business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring strong governance, stakeholder management and delivery capabilities, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage delivery partners, and drive outcomes across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Own project governance, schedules, budgets, risk and issue management.
- Build strong relationships across senior leadership, business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams and external delivery partners to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and project forums, ensuring decisions, actions and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Act as the key point of coordination between business and technology teams, driving accountability and managing competing priorities.




- Lead stakeholder communications, providing clear and timely updates on progress, risks, impacts and key decisions.
- Manage vendor and delivery partner performance to ensure milestones and outcomes are achieved.

About You

- Proven experience delivering complex ERP or large-scale business transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Solid project governance, planning, financial management and risk management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, systems integrators or delivery partners.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification highly regarded.
