We are seeking a talented Product Support Representative to join our Perth-based Product Support team. In this senior role, you will provide technical and product support to mining customers across Western Australia, helping resolve complex service issues and deliver strong customer outcomes.

About this role:

· As a senior member of our Product Support team, provide technical service support to mining customers across Western Australia.

· Manage the engine life database

· Respond to urgent customer requirements, including complex technical, product and service support issues.

· Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers, engineers, service teams and internal product specialists, to support timely issue resolution.

· Develop solid relationships with our valued customers

· Support escalations by coordinating information, documenting outcomes and providing clear technical recommendations.

· Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

· Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events

· Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

· Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week (office based)

· Moderate travel to Pilbara and Perth CBD
