About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the Oran Park Leisure Centre. Working collaboratively with Site Support and our Executive Leadership Team, you will champion operational safety, service delivery, and team culture while identifying growth opportunities across the venue.

Key Focus Areas:

- Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and manage a diverse workforce across aquatics, fitness, customer service, and operations.

- Operational Excellence: Ensure site compliance, risk management, pool operations, and safety protocols align with industry-leading standards.

- Service Quality: Drive an exceptional member experience and foster strong local community connections.

- Commercial Success: Monitor site performance, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven Leadership: Strong background in leading multi-disciplinary teams within the Aquatic, Fitness, or Leisure industry.

- Hands-on Operational Depth: Proven experience in facility operations, safety management, and community service delivery.

- Communication & Drive: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solutions-focused mindset.

- Flexibility: Availability to work across peak times (including occasional weekends/public holidays) to support operational needs.

Required Certifications (or willing to obtain prior to commencement):

- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

- Pool Operations Certificate

- Pool Lifeguard Certificate

- Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certificate
