Working closely with the Technology Project team while being embedded with our Health & Safety and Technology Data teams, you'll play a key role in turning business needs into practical, sustainable technology solutions.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis across technology projects.
- Work closely with Health & Safety, Data, Technology and operational stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, practical and traceable requirements.
- Develop business models, process maps, requirements specifications and traceability matrices.
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution and solution implementation.
- Work with vendors and project teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and deliver real business value.

What You'll Bring





- Proven years' experience delivering technology solutions in complex project environments.
- Solid Business Analysis skills across requirements, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and testing.
- Health & Safety knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
- Power BI experience is highly desirable.
- Quartex (formerly INX) experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in mining, resources or processing will be highly regarded.
