What You'll Own:
End-to-end leadership of a luxury boutique
Commercial performance, sales growth and profitability
Leadership, coaching and succession planning for a team of 15+ luxury professionals
A world-class clienteling culture, building long-term VIP relationships
Exceptional operational standards, inventory integrity and boutique presentation
Creating memorable client experiences that set the benchmark for luxury retail

About You:




Proven Store Manager from an internationally recognised luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or watch brand
Experience leading teams of 15+ employees within a luxury boutique
Exceptional people leader with a robust track record of developing high-performing teams
Commercially driven with a history of delivering outstanding results
Highly skilled in clienteling and building long-term relationships with VIP clientele
Australian luxury retail experience is essential
