Mobilize are seeking experienced Poly Wedlers for an immediate start on a major long term construction project in the Pilbara.
Secure work with a leading contract delivering critical infrastructure works. This project is expected to continue through to the end of 2026, offering above market pay rate and competitive pay.

On Offer:
2:1 FIFO roster - ex Perth only
12 hour shifts
Weekly pay
Immediate start available
Long term project through to December 2026
Day shift and night shift (determined by operational requirements)
Competitive rates:
Day Shift: $84.89 per hour
Night Shift: $104.86 per hour

About the Role:
You will be working as part of a large multidisciplinary construction / SMP team delivering major industrial infrastructure works in Karratha. The role involves poly welding and associated installation works while maintaining a high level of safety and quality standards.

To Be Considered:




Solid experience as a Poly Welder and minimum of 2 years FIFO experience
Poly Welding Qualification (PMBWELD301B & PMBWELD302B)
Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Test, Basic Fire
High Risk Work License – EWP (desirable)
MSIC (desirable)
White Card
Drivers License
Australian work rights
Rio Tinto inducted (desirable)
