Palm Healthcare is seeking highly motivated and skilled Medical Receptionists to join our team in Greenway, Holt, Coombs, Phillip. This is a casual role, offering flexible work opportunities. We are open to Part time offers as well.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive and skilled experience.
What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and efficient manner
Schedule and manage patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling and cancellations
Collect and process patient information, including registration forms and insurance details
Manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our practice management system
Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies
Ensure the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using practice management software and basic computer applications
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
A friendly, patient-focused attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
