The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Tamworth team.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, working alongside their team, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Enjoy an early-start, early-finish schedule, giving you more time in the afternoon for family, sport, appointments, or simply enjoying a better work-life balance.
You'll support day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving stock, picking orders, dispatch, inventory control, and maintaining a safe workplace.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting warehouse team members on shift
Coordinating daily warehouse tasks and priorities
Assisting with receivables, picking, packing and dispatch
Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
Maintaining stock accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes
Ensuring safety, food safety and quality standards are met
Identifying ways to improve efficiency and workflow
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
Experience leading a small team or acting as a senior warehouse operator
Current Forklift Licence (LF) essential
Valuable understanding of warehouse safety practices
Experience using warehouse systems and RF scanners
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organised and willing to lead from the front
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
