The Lodge provides high-quality guest experiences in a relaxed regional setting, combining luxury accommodation, personalised hospitality and a robust focus on presentation, cleanliness and guest care.
The Casual Lodge Host supports the day-to-day operation of the Lodge and assists in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role is hands-on and wide-ranging, combining hospitality operations, guest relations, housekeeping, billing and general property presentation.
The successful applicant will be reliable, proactive, highly organised and capable of working independently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
