About the role

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team at Conveyor Integrated Business Solutions (CIBS) in Perth, WA 6000. This is a full time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a leading provider of industrial solutions.

What you'll be doing
Perform maintenance, repair and installation of industrial machinery, conveyor system skirts, liners, pulleys and gear boxes, pumps, drives etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance
Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used

What we're looking for
Formal trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner or Machinist
Belt scraper experience preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar industrial maintenance role
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Travel to customer sites varies by project requirements
