Your Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance barista service with bakery duties, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in a high-volume setting.
Where you’ll make an impact
Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso coffee during peak service
Assist with bakery operations including serving goods, prepping displays, and stock control
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards across all areas
Provide friendly, quick service while managing POS transactions
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
What we’re looking for
You are an experienced barista with bakery or patisserie experience who thrives in a busy service environment. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering quality products and service.
To be successful, you will need:
Previous bakery or patisserie experience (Essential)
At least 6 months’ experience as a barista with confidence under pressure
Solid attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to assist across multiple areas of the outlet
Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Valid Driver’s Licence (Essential)
