We’re looking for experienced, passionate front-of-house staff to join our team at Yield Café! If you’ve got at least 3 years of experience in the service industry and are ready to bring your skills to a vibrant, coffee-loving community, we’d love to meet you.

Provide top-notch service with a smile to all of our guests
Take orders and serve food & drinks in a fast-paced, friendly workplace
Ensure the café stays clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone
Work closely with a talented, upbeat team to create an unforgettable customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a front-of-house or customer service role (restaurant/café/barista experience a plus!)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for making people feel welcome




Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Flexibility with shifts and availability to work weekends and evenings
