Intro Recruitment Solutions are partnering with two leading Tier 2 builders to recruit experienced Senior Project Engineers for landmark Class 2 residential projects across Sydney.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Site Teams, you'll take ownership of major work packages, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and help deliver large-scale projects from structure through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage structural, façade and finishes packages
Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, QA and project documentation
Lead subcontractor coordination and programme delivery
Manage technical issues and design coordination
Support procurement, cost control and variations
Mentor junior engineers where required
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

About You




6+ years' experience as a Project Engineer
Solid Class 2 residential or mixed-use experience
Experience on projects valued at $100M+
Robust understanding of concrete structures and high-rise construction
Engineering or Construction qualification
Excellent communication and leadership skills
