We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Trades Assistant to join our Service Department in Kardinya.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a genuine interest in the trades and wants to build a long-term career in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations across residential and light commercial sites throughout Perth.

What you’ll be doing:
Assisting technicians with service, maintenance, repairs and installations
Using hand and power tools
Loading and preparing tools and materials
Keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organised
Following all safety procedures and site requirements
Learning from experienced tradespeople and developing your practical skills

What we’re looking for:
Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
Valuable basic hand and tool skills
Mechanical aptitude and a practical mindset
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on setting




WA Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
White Card
Previous trade or TA experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important
