The Chance
We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Shepparton on a 12-month full time maternity leave contract.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts payable function running smoothly, including:
Processing, matching and coding supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Preparing payment runs and monitoring outstanding payables
Responding to supplier and internal queries
Supporting month-end activities and audit requirements
Working closely with our broader Finance Team
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous Accounts Payable,
Finance or Accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working with invoices, reconciliations and accounting systems
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
A friendly, qualified and customer-focused approach
The ability to work on-site with our team in Shepparton
Experience in retail, hospitality or a multi-site business is a bonus, and while a relevant qualification is welcomed, practical experience is just as valuable.
