We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced female Support Workers to provide one-on-one support for 3 lovely ladies living in the Ringwood.

Job Description:

Various shifts weekly with days and times to be decided.

The successful applicants will assist with community access, helping find them some community activities they enjoy and help them build confidence, independence, routine and meaningful community participation. Assist with appointments, daily living activities, and provide respectful, compassionate support that promotes independence and wellbeing.

Essential requirements:
Experience supporting people with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).
Relevant disability support qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent).
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check (if applicable).
Current driver’s licence and a large SUV or suitable vehicle capable of transporting a wheelchair.
Comprehensive car insurance and reliable transport.
Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a person-centred approach.
