The role
We’re seeking a Barista/All-Rounder who thrives in a rapid, high-volume setting. You’ll set the standard on coffee quality, speed, and customer experience
What you’ll do
Dial-in, calibrate, and pull consistently excellent shots during peak times
Lead by example on service, upselling, and queue management
Operate POS, handle cash/EFT, and maintain café cleanliness/food safety
Support the broader centre team to create a smooth, fun experience for families
What you’ll bring
Proven barista experience
Friendly, calm under pressure, and team-first mindset
Availability: weekdays( between 8:30 am-5:00 pm) , some evenings, and school holidays
