Roundwood Civil & Labour are seeking a reliable and experienced leading hand to join the team across a range of civil and structural works.

What you’ll be doing
Leading and supervising a small crew in office
Coordinating daily tasks and allocating work to team members
Performing hands-on civil works as required
Assisting with site setup, preparation, and ongoing works
Working alongside Excavators
Ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently
Maintaining a safe work workplace and enforcing site safety standards
Liaising with supervisors and trades to keep work progressing
Working with the team to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for
5+ years’ civil construction experience, including leading hand exposure
Multiskilled across groundworks and plant operation




Experience on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, retaining walls)
Able to lead a crew while remaining hands-on
White Card and reliable transport
Strong safety and teamwork focus
Able to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical
