AX Creative is looking for a content creator who breathes this stuff — someone who lives online, thinks in reels, and gets genuinely excited about turning an empty studio into something people can't scroll past.
This starts casual (one day a week or fortnightly) and will grow as client work ramps up. It's not exclusive — this is a versatile gig that comes with responsible perks on top of the pay.
What You'll Do
Create reels and short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing our studio and spaces
Take an empty room and make it come alive on camera
Track performance and iterate — you're driven by stats, not just likes
Push creative ideas further than the brief asks for

Bubbly and confident — comfortable on camera and leading a shoot
Reliable — shows up, delivers, communicates if something changes
Transparent — honest about what's working, what's not, and where your head's at
Genuinely obsessed with content — this isn't a side interest, it's your thing
Craves data — you want to know what worked and why, every time
Thinks outside the box and pushes creative boundaries
Solid portfolio required — this is what we prioritise most. Show us your reels before anything else.
