Role purpose
As Guest Service Agent, you are the first point of contact and a key driver of guest satisfaction. You will deliver a welcoming, personalized arrival experience, facilitate core front office operations, and resolve requests with ownership, care and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
Deliver a consistent, warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experience.
Manage reservations, guest enquiries, payments and general administration with accuracy.
Resolve requests and issues promptly, escalating appropriately while maintaining ownership.
Provide local recommendations and tailored guidance to support each guest’s stay.
Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to support operational flow and room readiness.
Maintain brand-aligned service standards across all interactions.
About you
Demonstrated customer service capability in hospitality, retail or a service-led environment.
Qualified communication style and confidence engaging with a wide range of guests.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Calm, solutions-focused approach during busy periods and competing priorities.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends/public holidays/evenings as required.
Experience with RMS PMS systems is advantageous but not essential (training provided).
