Baked Sydney is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our busy café team in Punchbowl.

About the Role
Preparing high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee equipment
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Working efficiently during busy periods
Assisting with general café duties when required

About You
Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café
Confident with latte art and high-volume service
Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing
Reliable,



punctual, and well presented
Positive attitude and team player
Available to work weekdays and weekends
