Our Client is looking for Parks & Gardens Maintenance Team Members and experienced Mower Operators to join their highly experienced team based out of their depot in Cranbourne, VIC!

Enjoy Monday to Friday hours, a $38.11 per hour day rate, a robust safety culture, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

Core Responsibilities (role dependent)
Front deck and zero-turn mower operation
Brush cutting
Edging and line trimming
Herbicide application
Rubbish collection and removal
General grounds maintenance
Turf and garden maintenance
Maintaining parks, gardens, and other public open spaces to a high standard

Skills & Experience
Commercial Parks & Gardens or Horticulture experience (highly desirable)
Experience operating commercial mowing equipment (highly desirable)




Relevant Horticulture or Turf industry certificates/qualifications (highly desirable)
MR/HR licence (highly desirable)
Knowledge of herbicide application techniques (highly desirable)
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Experience with brush cutting, edging, rubbish collection, and general grounds maintenance
Horticulture or Arboriculture certificates desirable but not essential
Fit, healthy, and able to work well within a team
Punctual, reliable, and robust work ethic
Strong commitment to safe work practices
Genuine desire to work outdoors
