About Us:

Sugo Toys is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Fulfilment Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on preparing orders for online customers, replenishing our retail store, and maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare daily online orders accurately and efficiently
Pick stock for retail store replenishment and internal transfers
Pack orders when additional support is required
Receive, unpack, check, and sort incoming stock
Place products in the correct warehouse locations
Replenish shelves and keep stock organised
Assist with stock counts and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean, protected, and tidy warehouse
Handle products carefully to prevent damage
Support other general warehouse duties as required

About You
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Careful and accurate when picking products
Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting




Physically capable of moving cartons and completing regular manual-handling tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, retail stockroom, or inventory experience is preferred
An interest in collectible figures, anime, games, or pop culture is an advantage

Requirements:
Able to read Chinese 中文 (Certain goods are labelled in Chinese Only).
Valuable general knowledge of Japanese anime, Marvel, DC, and game IPs.
Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
