Welink Recruitment have partnered with a mid-tier construction and development company with a strong portfolio of residential developments across the Sydney region with projects in the Lower North Shore, Western and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to newly won projects, our business partner is seeking for a Project Engineer / Contracts Administrator to work on current build luxury residential projects.

Given the size of this organisation, you are able to truly be involved in all aspects of the project while contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency and safety of all members on site.

Our Partner is looking for Contracts Administrator who can;
Issue drawings, scope of works and specifications for contract works
Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendation
Prepare budge forecast and cash flows reports
Assist Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports etc.




Liaise with architects, engineers and other relevant stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have;
Relevant tertiary education/qualification
Strong track record in a similar role working with a Tier 2 OR 3 Residential Construction Company
MUST HAVE Local Australian experience working on recent-build residential projects valued up to $50M
Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
