Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst in 1997, driven by a passion for quality, sustainability, and tradition. Using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices, we craft authentic sourdough and pastries that celebrate the art of real baking.

Since then, we’ve grown into one of Sydney’s leading wholesale bakeries, proudly supplying over 300 cafés and restaurants. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond wholesale, with our retail stores in Broadway, Lindfield, Randwick, and Redfern, where customers can experience our handcrafted breads and pastries firsthand.

Baker – Bench Team
Location: Homebush, NSW
Employment Type: Full Time

We are expanding our production team and are looking to hire an experienced baker to join our Bench Team. If you’re passionate about quality artisan baking and enjoy working in a rapid-paced wholesale environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Available Position

Bench Team Baker
Hours: 10:30am–8pm/8.30pm
Days: Wednesday-Sunday
Responsibilities include scaling, shaping, product prep, and ensuring quality standards across all baked goods.

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in a commercial bakery (artisan or wholesale preferred)
Strong understanding of dough handling, production flow, and food safety
Reliability, teamwork, and positive communication
Ability to work in a high-volume, physically active environment
Attention to detail with a commitment to product consistency
