About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Artisan Baker to join our production team. You'll be involved in every stage of the baking process, helping produce high-quality artisan breads and baked goods while working closely with the Head Baker and the wider production team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix and shape artisan doughs by hand and machine.
Bake breads and bakery products to the highest quality standards.
Assist with dough fermentation, proofing and oven management.
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Support the production team to ensure daily orders are completed on time.
Maintain a clean,
organised and food-protected work setting.
Monitor product quality and consistency throughout production.
Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and general bakery duties.
Work efficiently as part of a collaborative team.
Uphold Bondi Boulangerie's quality, presentation and food safety standards.
