Business Relationship Manager - Automotive DMS Software
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Adelaide, managing an established portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
This is an Account Management role, focused on maintaining solid client relationships, supporting dealerships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts in WA & SA.
You'll work specifically across our Dealer Management System (DMS) software, helping dealerships get the most from the platform.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of automotive dealership clients
Build strong relationships with dealership owners, principals and key decision-makers
Act as the main point of contact for clients using the DMS platform
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews
Understand client needs and recommend solutions
Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction
Work with internal teams to ensure clients receive great support
Keep CRM records and account reporting up to date
Experience
Previous experience in Account Management, BDM or B2B sales
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Experience managing and growing an existing client base
Automotive dealership experience highly desirable
Comfortable dealing with senior dealership stakeholders
Proven ability to identify sales opportunities
Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Current driver's licence and own vehicle
