Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team. The role involves supporting people with high-intensity disabilities to achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and participate in the community. Our support workers provide a range of in-home and community-based services, including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, daytime activities, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation (Personal Care).
Provide support for community engagement, appointments, and recreational activities.
Offer companionship and encouragement to enhance clients' social connections and independence.
Implement individualised support plans and document progress, and supporting NDIS goals/plans.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients.
Effective communication, compassion, and willingness to learn!

Additional Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check




Drivers license + own car
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach.
Have an TFN (or ABN and required insurances if applying for a Contractor role)
