RMW Group is looking for an energetic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join one of our busy tavern venues in Perth’s northern suburbs.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives on busy service, loves creating amazing guest experiences and knows how to keep a team motivated and running smoothly.

Working closely with venue management, you’ll help oversee restaurant operations while maintaining high service standards and a positive team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the floor during busy service periods
Supporting and supervising restaurant staff
Delivering exceptional customer experiences
Assisting with team training and development
Managing bookings and guest enquiries
Maintaining venue presentation and service standards




Assisting management with day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality or supervisory experience
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A positive, hands-on attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Availability across nights and weekends
Current RSA
