Job Description

What you'll be doing
Managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
Reception duties such as greeting clients upon arrival, answering phone calls and emails in a timely and productive manner, and faxing/emailing documents, when required
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical information
Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
Assisting with general office administration tasks as required
General administration duties such as processing of payments

What we're looking for
Previous experience of at least 5 years as a Medical Receptionist in a General Practice or in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Previous experience with Best Practice software is highly desirable.

The role is essentially a full-time role.



Applicants not available to commit to full time hours will be prioritised less than those willing to commit to full-time hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient care
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
A team player who will work positively with colleagues and commit to caring for our clients

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
