Multi-Site Venue Manager | Penola, SA | $95K-$100K + Advantages

This is a rare chance to take genuine ownership of two established pubs in the heart of South Australia's Limestone Coast — the Royal Oak Hotel and the Prince of Wales Hotel in Penola. You'll be working within the Coonawarra wine region, one of Australia's most recognised food and wine destinations, with a loyal local community and consistent visitor trade year-round.

Reporting to an experienced Area Manager, you'll have real autonomy to lead both venues your way — while being backed by a group with the structure and support to set you up for success.

What the role looks like:
Hands-on leadership across two venues day-to-day
Building and developing engaged teams at both locations
Full P&L; accountability — budgets, labour, stock control and revenue growth
Maintaining compliance across liquor licensing, food safety and WHS
Moving between both venues and maintaining a consistent standard across each




Building genuine relationships with the local Penola community

Who we're looking for:
Proven experience running a busy hotel, pub or multi-department venue
Solid commercial acumen — you understand the numbers and know how to move them
A leader who gets stuck in alongside the team rather than managing from a distance
Current RSA, RP Badge and RSG/Advanced Gaming
Multi-site experience highly regarded — but the right character matters most

On offer:
$95,000-$100,000 base salary
