We’re an e-commerce flower business and we’re on the lookout for someone who can do a help run our Melbourne branch. You’ll be supporting our Brisbane team remotely with general customer enquiries, while also assisting in our Melbourne sales with making flower, deliveries, and day-to-day running.
If you’re a florist this role could be perfect, you’ll get to work with fresh blooms daily while also flexing your admin and customer service skills. No two days will look the same, so we need someone adaptable, upbeat, and ready to dive in wherever needed.
What you’ll be doing:
Hours: Monday - Friday casual hours 8.30 to 2pm
Only qualified florists will be considered
Supporting our team with making and creating our daily Posies
Stock management
Handling customer enquiries with kindness and confidence
Flower market run or flower delivery (driver’s licence essential!)
Being the right-hand to our Brisbane team
Creating recent flower designs
Quality control
Wrapping & Packing orders
General floristry business support
Assist our Melbourne based content creator
About you:
A natural people-person with outstanding communication skills
Someone who can think on their feet and roll with a busy day
Sales-savvy with an eye for detail and design
Comfortable flying solo on shifts
Floristry experience is required – we’d love to have a creative florist join our crew, someone who can work autonomously & be a part of a team.
