Mecca Recruitment Group is partnering with a respected financial services organisation to appoint an Investor Services Officer. This role sits within a collaborative service team and works closely with the Senior Investor Services Officer to deliver exceptional support to customers and members across multiple investment‑related products.

You’ll handle enquiries, provide general advice within licence boundaries, process applications and claims, maintain accurate member records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high‑quality service across inbound and outbound customer and member enquiries
Provide general advice and product support within AFSL guidelines
Assist members with policy and product enquiries
Process applications, claims and all related policy transactions
Maintain accurate member and investor records
Manage complaints professionally and efficiently
Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk) on initiatives and go‑to‑market activities
Support team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Maintain solid understanding of systems, processes and procedures
Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational improvements

What You Bring




Strong customer focus with exceptional service standards
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sound judgement, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage complex client issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
Understanding of advice boundaries under an AFSL

Desirable:
Experience in financial services, insurance or regulated industries
Exposure to funeral or friendly society sectors
Familiarity with Garradin or Microsoft Dynamics 365
RG146 (or willingness to obtain)
