About the role:

GO.FARM is seeking 2–3 Seasonal Farm Hands to support the Petro team in South West NSW during the upcoming harvest period. Starting in mid-October for approximately 4–5 weeks, this opportunity offers practical, hands-on experience in a farming setting.

The hourly rate is $36–$42, depending on experience, paid as a flat rate for all hours worked.

Accommodation will be provided at no cost for the duration of the role. Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities




Supporting harvest and general farm activities, including grain handling and logistics
Safely operating farm machinery and equipment, including chaser bins, mother bins, and inload and unload bagging machines etc.

For this role, we’re looking for:
A practical, safety-focused approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work longer hours when operationally required
A current driver’s licence

Farm machinery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided where required.
