Production manager needed in factory. Roles include/not limited to:

-Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Supervise production workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor the production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
Ensure products meet quality standards and food safety requirements per HACCP.
Control production costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity within the factory.
Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and coordinate repairs when needed.
Be able to train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
Ensure a protected working setting by enforcing health and safety policies. - Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
Investigate production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
