Rudman Group is a QBCC-licensed building company delivering high-end renovations, current builds and multi-residential developments across Brisbane and Logan. We're a small, hands-on team where quality of finish matters more than volume — and we're looking for a carpenter who takes pride in the same.

The role
You'll be working on residential renovation projects from strip-out through to fit-off — framing, structural alterations, decks and pergolas, doors and windows, linings, and second-fix finishing carpentry. Expect variety, older homes with surprises in them, and clients who notice the details.

What we're after
Cert III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification)
Solid renovation experience — comfortable working in occupied or established homes
Own tools, reliable vehicle, and a current driver's licence
White Card




Able to read plans and work from a scope without constant supervision
Clean, tidy work and respectful conduct on site — our clients live there
Valuable communication and reliable timekeeping

Nice to have
Experience with heritage or character Queenslanders
Working at Heights / EWP tickets
Ability to run a small site or supervise an apprentice

Pay: $57,074.62 – $113,640.75 per year
