The Role: We are looking for a confident, fully qualified stylist who is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing. You will have the creative freedom to showcase your skills while working alongside a supportive and fun team.

Key Responsibilities
Execute high-quality styling services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques, balayage, and styling/blow-drying.
Provide professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored hair care plans.
Maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business and a loyal following.
Maintain salon presentation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Mentor and assist apprentices when required.

What We Are Looking For




Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).
Proven experience as a qualified stylist on the salon floor.
Robust technical skills in contemporary cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
