Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and currently have a a great opportunity to join our friendly High Care Kitchen team on Night Shift.

About the Role
Cutting meat & vegetable ingredients to specification for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking.
Handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
Reading and understanding recipes
Operating machinery including ensuring that weights and quality standards of products are being achieved
Cooking and operating the Combi oven
Cleaning of work areas, machinery and equipment
Lift/push/pull up to 15kg
Working in a rapid paced environment to meet deadlines

Our amazing production facility is temperature controlled around 4 to 8 degrees.





We are ideally looking for someone who has experience with the following:
Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, quick paced environment
Experience with food preparation, cutting and mixing
Valuable knife skills and hand eye coordination
Able to read and understand recipes
Solid understanding of food hygiene compliance and practices
Be an excellent team member with an energetic and flexible approach
Be reliable and punctual
Be physically fit and capable of working in a cold environment
Enjoy working as part of a team
Must be available to work Night Shift - 1am starts
