About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Wetherill Park. This is a key position within the business, reporting directly to the Director and playing a vital role in driving new business and managing existing client relationships.

This is a field-based role where you will spend the majority of your time on the road meeting customers, developing opportunities, and growing sales within the building and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with current and existing customers
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Manage a sales territory across Sydney
Conduct regular site and client visits
Prepare quotes and follow up on sales leads
Provide outstanding customer service and support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You





To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
Proven sales experience within the building supplies, timber, construction, or trade-related industries
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
A genuine “go-getter” attitude
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated and results-driven approach
Good organisational and time management skills
A current driver’s licence

Work Environment
Primarily on-the-road sales role
Flexibility to work from home
Required in the Wetherill Park office 1–2 days per week
