We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy restaurant setting, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently to company’s standards Assist with pizza, pasta, grill and general kitchen preparation Ensure food quality, presentation and portion standards are maintained Complete daily food preparation and mise en place Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards Follow recipes, procedures and portion controls Assist with stock rotation, receiving and storage of ingredients Minimise food waste and support effective stock control Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team as required





What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant environment Pizza experience is highly regarded but not essential Strong food preparation and cooking skills Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements Ability to work efficiently under pressure Reliable, organised and punctual Positive attitude and robust teamwork skills Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
