Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items in accordance with our recipes and standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Experiment with new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Provide excellent support to the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
Contribute to a positive and cooperative kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a rapid-paced restaurant or burger bar.




Robust knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Creativity and a passion for food, especially burgers!
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
MUST be available Friday nights.
