Snap Fitness Gordon & St Ives is looking for a motivated, energetic and people focused Casual Sales & Administration Consultant to join our team.

If you’re confident speaking with people, enjoy sales and customer service, and have a genuine interest in health and fitness, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

Working across our Gordon and St Ives clubs, you’ll play an key role in helping prospective members get started, supporting our existing members and ensuring the clubs run smoothly.

The role will involve membership sales and lead follow up, conducting club tours, responding to enquiries, providing excellent customer service and completing general administration tasks. You’ll also assist with member engagement, marketing activities and maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional club environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, friendly and enjoys building relationships. You’ll need excellent communication skills, be comfortable working towards sales targets, and be organised and reliable.

Previous sales,



administration or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, takes initiative and has a genuine passion for health and fitness.

You must be available to work Saturdays and during the week until 7pm.

This position will be based across Snap Fitness Gordon and Snap Fitness St Ives, so reliable transport between both locations is essential.
