Eric Jones Stairbuilding Group is an Australian family owned business which has been leading the Victorian staircase manufacturing industry since 1947. We specialise in timber/steel residential and commercial staircase construction, and take pride in our reputation for quality, reliability, and service.

We currently have an exciting full time chance based in Blackburn for a committed and reliable Dispatch Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for the effective and accurate delivery of stairs to our in onsite Installers, purchasing/receiving stock, and stock/asset control.

Key Duties:
co-ordination of dispatch/delivery schedule
ensure all stair deliveries going to Installers on site are packed and stocked correctly
ensure all loads are dispatched in allocated time frame
receive and unload all timber factory deliveries
assist with manual loading of trucks
responsible for the effective purchasing of stock and stock control
care and maintenance of company assets

Skills & Experience:




experience in dispatch co-ordination and stock control
building/timber industry experience (preferred)
team player with strong attention to detail
excellent time management
ability to be quick thinking and solution focused
excellent communication and organisational skills
forklift license (desirable)
able to manually lift heavy loads
'çan do attitude' and prepared to be flexible'
