Salty Captain – Yatala, QLD

Salty Captain is one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive, marine, and adventure brands. We manufacture products in-house, distribute nationally through major retailers, and run a fast-moving e-commerce operation.

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead from the front and drive performance across warehousing, manufacturing support, fulfilment, team leadership, and operational organisation.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We need someone who can own the warehouse, lead people properly, solve problems rapid, and build systems that improve efficiency and output.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing daily warehouse operations
Leading warehouse and fulfilment staff
Manufacturing support and workflow coordination
E-commerce pick, pack, and dispatch performance
Inventory organisation and stock accuracy
Dispatch deadlines and freight coordination
Forklift operations and warehouse safety
Improving systems, efficiency, and workflow
Driving lean operational standards
Setting expectations and holding team members accountable
Problem-solving under pressure
Maintaining a clean, organised, high-performance warehouse

What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse management experience
Experience in manufacturing operations




Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfilment and distribution
Forklift licence required
Solid leadership and communication skills
Someone who can motivate people and drive standards
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-growing environment
Experience implementing systems and improving workflow efficiencies
