About the Role
As a Moba Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting the Moba egg grader to ensure the grading process runs efficiently and meets production schedules and customer requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with the Grading Floor Manager and Customer Service team regarding customer requirements
Configure and make changes to the Moba egg grader during operation in accordance with production schedules and customer requirements
Supervise and roster staff and communicate production requirements to the team
Ensure adherence to company QA and WHS policies and procedures
Conduct daily production and stock reconciliations




Report any discrepancies to the Grading Floor Manager and Customer Service team

About You
The successful candidate will need to:
Be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced workplace
Be highly adaptable to changing customer requirements
Have valuable basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
Have strong communication and organisational skills
Have strong attention to detail
Be reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
Be comfortable supervising and coordinating staff

A positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
